    Digital Marketer

    Job description: As a Digital Marketer at Magnola, you are sharp on figures and conclusions and you make recommendations to your colleagues and the management team. You are responsible for technical marketing and are involved in various programs. This way you analyze Google Analytics, improve the email funnels and optimize the complete customer journey.

    In your role you get a lot of freedom and you are in charge of your own job and development. You ensure that Magnola is on the map and you are enthusiastic about the results you achieve.

    Job requirements:

    • HBO working and thinking level.
    • Experience with technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.).
    • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
    • Available for 24 to 40 hours per week.
    • In possession of driving license B.

    Customer Service Boss

    Job description: We are immediately looking for customer service employees who are ready for some extra depth. Come work in a young and enterprising team where you quickly have responsibilities. You independently maintain and further develop our customer service department. You are responsible for maximum customer satisfaction of our customer network, consisting of business and private customers.

    Tasks:

    • Handling incoming telephone and email traffic in Dutch and English.
    • Devising appropriate solutions for complaints or issues regarding our products.
    • Organizing returns in collaboration with our logistics partners (DHL, GLS, PostNL, etc.).
    • Working in our Zendesk CRM system.
    • Reporting and providing feedback on notable customer cases.

    Job requirements:

    • Education level MBO, HBO.
    • Available for 16 - 24 hours per week.
    • Experience in customer service is an advantage, not a must.
    • You speak and write Dutch and English very well.

    What we offer:

    • Part-time position from 16 - 40 hours per week (in consultation).
