    Order and delivery

    When can I expect my order?

    The average delivery time is 12-15 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you, saving you storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at lower prices and we will cover the shipping costs.

    The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

    In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. If there is a delay, please check the status of your order via the Track & Trace link. If you have not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

    I am missing a number of products in my order, how is that possible?

    Because we work with different suppliers, products may be shipped separately. You will usually receive missing items within 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    What are the shipping costs?

    We will cover the shipping costs of the order. In some cases, when we give items away for free as a promotion, we charge a small fee of €6.95 to cover costs.

    Exchanges and returns

    I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

    Yes, you can return any order to us within 14 days without giving a reason.

    I want to return an item, what should I do?

    If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and tags, without traces of use. Return shipments must have a Track & Trace code, for which the sender is responsible.
